Mr QX was really friendly and patient. Though Bugis did not have a specific pen I was looking for, he made the effort to call another outlet to check for stocks. Highly recommend visiting! 👍

Good service. The pens can be customised with names. Very happy with the purchase.

My husband bought me a pen as a gift. I brought it to the shop today, as the pen's tip housing was loose and would not close. The staff told me it would take 3 to 6 months to fix this, as it has to be sent back to Germany. How is this acceptable?! I had no choice but to leave it with them, as the pen was not usable. Staff were friendly, though.

Really good service! Ms. C, who attended to me, was really patient and put up with my indecision on how I wanted to engrave my pen. In the end, she helped me land on the best option. Happy with the result!
