Very rude staff at Kimoj Causewaypoint. They pointed a middle finger at my friend after shouting "excuse me" to grab something from the cabinet. Contact me for a picture of the staff, thank you.

The items are extremely overpriced. One headband is literally $7! The staff is also very rude.

We were forced to buy a headband just because we placed it near our faces to see if it looked good on us. The sign said 'no trying on headbands,' but it was literally covered by stuff. The staff was very rude about it.

The lady at Bugis Junction is rude. When I looked at the mirror to try the earrings, the Chinese young girl told me, "This earring you want or not? If you don't want, put it at the side; I will keep it later," with an impatient and angry tone. Although she had a very bad attitude, as I needed the earring to attend a wedding, I would have otherwise just returned it to her. I am very disappointed with your staff training. This is the last time I will go to your shop. I will also tell my family and friends not to go there. If you still want to run the business for a few more years, either change the staff or enhance your staff's customer service. My receipt number is #K03-191065. This happened on 9 Nov, 1248hrs.

The furry/shaggy rabbit keychain I got there was really cute! They should have more options for rabbit keychains in a single colour with no decorations. It had good quality too! The claw clip was really pretty too!
