Rude staff. It’s a shame to lose sales because of poor customer service. Will not recommend. There are much better shops at Bugis to patronise.

Vitoreina is probably my favourite accessory store. Certain things might be slightly expensive, but I love their studs and earrings. It's a great place for awesome accessories.

The sales girl purposely removed one earring from the pair while packing, as I was getting cash from my purse and not paying attention to what she was doing. I only realized when I got back. Shame on you for cheating.

The quality of the piercings is so good! I have been wearing them daily, and there has been no discolouration. They are suitable for sensitive skin too. Highly recommended.

I went to the Bugis store yesterday, and I want to thank the lady for helping me find clip-on earrings since I don't have pierced ears. I'm glad that they are comfortable and fit me well. I will revisit!

Rude shop staff. We were shopping with my daughter, who admittedly made a mess at the earring display because she was throwing a tantrum. We had to take her outside to settle her down, but we overheard the staff complaining about my daughter’s mess. Even if she isn't a parent and doesn't understand how difficult it is to handle a toddler, she shouldn't be that rude to her customers. We almost bought earrings for my daughter, but I’m glad we didn’t. If you care about how you treat your customers, perhaps coach your staff to have more empathy.

Love the wide selection of earrings and ear studs they carry. I can always find new designs that are suitable for different occasions. Cheers to the sales staff on the ground! They are knowledgeable about the different materials of the earrings.

Some items, like necklaces and hair clips, are not cheap, but the designs are nice and the quality seems decent. They also have many very cute keychains. The shop allows customers to try on hair clips and take photos to see which ones are suitable before purchasing, which is awesome.
