I came here for the first time for a friend's birthday, and it was great! Besides the atmosphere, the staff and service were good as well.

Extraordinary performers: singers and band members alike. The gravitas in Mr. Yang’s voice is remarkable. The team's effort to engage the audience with stunning visuals and to distribute balloons and accessories is highly commendable. The food is tasty, and the staff is alert.

We went with friends for 2 hours, our first time here, and told the staff we would come back at 3:30 PM. The staff misheard and thought we were coming in at 3:00 PM, and also misheard our number, which resulted in our room being given away. The staff seemed so reluctant to give us our room and tried to blame us for providing our number “incorrectly,” which took time away from our session. They gave us a bigger room, which was appreciated, and the atmosphere was good, but it felt as though she had no choice, rather than genuinely wanting to provide service recovery. During our session, another staff member came in to interrupt us to collect payment? Why interrupt us during the session and take even more time from us, yet lock the system so punctually? A good space for karaoke with a good atmosphere, ruined by bad practices and bad service. My friend wanted to order a jug of water, and the staff had to double-confirm with us twice that it was chargeable, as if we couldn't afford a jug of water? “It's chargeable, with money, ya??” Super jialat. We won't come back because of this experience with the staff.

Had a great time at Havefun Bugis! The environment was really nice, and the sound system was excellent. Everything was well-maintained, making the experience even more enjoyable. Will definitely come back again!

Got overcharged; the price was misleading. It was a total scam. Making matters worse, the staff was RUDE and had a nasty attitude. Not worth your time or money. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We initially booked a small room. However, the screen interface started freezing, and we couldn't click on anything. We informed the staff, and I guess, since there weren't any other rooms available, they switched us to the VIP room instead 🤭😍. Thank you for the great and efficient service. 10/10.
