Food was good. Good service from Aunty Sally <3. She helped us settle our mixed orders with the kitchen really efficiently. Tried their Salmon Ochazuke, and it was really flavourful. 11/10, would come back again.

Great food and service. Consistent with other outlets. Green tea refills are very quick, too. The area is quite clean.

We really enjoyed the food here, and the staff were very helpful. A special shout-out to Sally for her excellent service — she was always quick to refill our green tea!

Food was really scrumptious, and it arrived quickly too. Isabel was very friendly and attended to our needs whenever we needed help. Great service overall! I love the new atmosphere and restaurant :)

Sally's service has been amazing. She shares with us about the current promotions and deals. The food service was fast as well; the food came out right after the order was sent in.

First time at Genki Bugis+. It was also my first time not seated at a table with the train track delivery system, but the service was good. They were mostly attentive to our needs, as we didn't have self-service options. Our server was Isabel.

I love Genki. Can’t go wrong! I came to the Bugis branch for a post-movie snack, and even though they were closing, they provided speedy and top-tier service! Sally was efficient, kind, and excellent!
