Approached the staff to ask if they were still open; he said yes. It was around 8:40 PM. Placed an order for two sets of waffles with double scoops each, popcorn chicken, mac and cheese, and a shake. The shake arrived first at 8:53 PM. Minutes later, the popcorn chicken, then the mac and cheese, and the two sets of waffles with double scoops arrived at 8:58 PM.
At 9:05 PM, another staff member came to say they were closing soon. At 9:13 PM, she came again to say they were closed. The total bill was over $80. With the waffles arriving last, do you expect us to gobble them up?
The operating hours state that the Bugis+ outlet is from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. I would appreciate it if you could update your website and educate your staff. This was a very unpleasant experience.

Perfect timing for us to try the waffle with ice cream at Gelare. We had a waffle with a double scoop of ice cream. They offer a variety of flavors. We tried the caramel fudge [something] – we forgot the name of the ice cream! Thank you for the good service. The staff were totally friendly, the environment was cozy, and it was super comfortable. We will come back again and can't wait to try other flavors of ice cream.

Friendly staff, and they accommodated my order even though I, silly me, had selected the wrong outlet. The waffle was hot and crispy and made to order. The environment was nice and clean.

My partner and I had a Classic Waffle Double dessert, but the waffle was hard and too crispy, and the ice cream was halfway melted. This outlet is not recommended. Also, there was no QR code available for payment. Luckily, I had my card; if I hadn't, I don't think I would have been able to eat here. This place is not convenient at all, as they do not accept cash payments.

Tried the Pepsi Float at Geláre and was quite disappointed. The drink had way too much ice, which watered down the flavor and made it hard to enjoy. It felt more like drinking a glass of ice with a splash of Pepsi. On top of that, the service was underwhelming—staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming. I definitely expected better.
