Just purchased the random PVC Cards for Card Machines (set of 28) at SGD $112. It was sealed with a sticker, as shown in the attached photo. Amazingly, there were ONLY 27 cards inside. According to my kid, Shiho Hinomori’s card was missing. Each card was protected by a white paper. As shown, the last white paper was present, but the card was missing. I have no idea how to redeem or reclaim the purchased product. Do I have consumer rights?

This place feels like a scam. Guests weren't informed that their one free hour was up, and games were not ready to play immediately. You spent almost more time waiting for games to get ready and set up than actually playing. The controller wasn't cleaned between customers. The seat was in the same state. The TV was a lousy, small TV with a low refresh rate and poor color. After half an hour of game time, my eyes started getting tired from the poor display quality. The staff was rude from the start, especially when a friend of mine was ending her game early. The games aren't preloaded, so the loading eats into your game time. For a one-hour session, expect to spend 10 to 15 minutes loading, depending on the game. The chair was uncomfortable, especially for more than two people. Spend your money on something more worthwhile.

Came down around 5:30 PM in my school uniform and was told to come back at 6:30 PM so that they could allow us in. When we came back at 6:30 PM, the same lady told me that uniforms were not allowed. I didn't bother arguing, but this was really horrible service, considering that she didn't even acknowledge her error, let alone apologize for it. Afterward, she did offer to let us into a private room and play Mario Kart, but honestly, it was not what I came for, and we were essentially restricted to the room. The sign didn't say that uniforms were not allowed, but the lady did not point it out to us at all. We waited one whole hour for basically nothing. Overall, it just feels like there was a major lack of accountability and a failure to even know their own house rules. Disappointing experience.

Came for the Project Sekai movie merch (it's a bit on the expensive side) and ended up trying their 1-hour Switch playing time. It was pretty decent; the Switch was a bit unresponsive, but it worked, though I'd like to mention that they didn't tell us when our hour was up. Apparently, the start time is written on the receipt, and you have to calculate the hour yourself, but we weren't even aware of this. (When we asked the staff how to know when our hour was up, they just said, "It shows there.") We ended up paying about a dollar—thankfully, they charge by the minute and not the hour—but it was overall a nice experience.

Great place! Don't know why many people complained. The staff was friendly and helped me with my sim racing rig (at first, a staff member told me they were fixing it, but it turned out only one was being worked on – no problem, as I wanted to try out one of the PS5 games anyway). The first hour is free when you sign up for the free membership! And let's be real, who would only stay there for 1 hour 😂
