I'm so happy to have found this shop! It was previously located at Compass One, and I was sad to see it's no longer there. Luckily, I found it again at Bugis+ and our favourite retail assistant, Kinki. She is very friendly and helpful as always.

**reposting as I cannot reply to comment.** I purchased this on March 17, 2024, at 7:51 PM. The laptop began having issues around three months ago, in August/September. The reason it took longer to post this review was because we tried: 1) bringing the laptop to a service center; 2) emailing CR Group for a soft copy of the receipt (with no reply from CR Group); and 3) spending a lot of time digging for the receipt, but still couldn't find it. The model number is Acer Aspire AL14-31P-36ZY. S/N NXKS9SG00335203CA84500. This should still be covered under warranty, so all we need is the receipt; either a soft or hard copy will do. I do not believe a number was registered for this product. Thank you. βββββββββββββββββββββββ I would have given 0 stars if that option were available. For your own benefit, please do not purchase anything from CR Group. Pre-sales services are still okay; the nightmare comes post-sales. I bought a laptop from them, and it was defective within months, seemingly due to a motherboard issue. I tried to send it for warranty, but their third-party provider requires the receipt, which I misplaced. Granted, it was my fault. I then sought help from their service staff to regenerate the receipt, even bringing the laptop directly to them so they could search with the serial number. I was told their system is not able to do that, and they would have to manually look through the receipts. The staff was not helpful at all and mentioned that she could not do such a manual and tedious task. I quote her: βThere was nothing she could do.β Now I am stuck with a broken laptop that was purchased only recently, with no other solutions offered by the staff. Please avoid purchasing any expensive IT gadgets here in case of hiccups like this. I can't fathom how they are unable to locate a receipt in their database from a purchase just a few months ago. I could even give her the exact date of purchase, but the staff just refused to help. 0/5 for customer service; extremely disappointing.
