I've accidentally come across a bright-colored machine in Bugis+, and I was really surprised by the quality of the photos and service.

Printed 10 photos for $14. They weren't the cheapest for the size. However, only 7 of the photos were alright, and the rest were cropped weirdly. :( Edit: Customer service reached out, and they were super nice about it. Haven't been back to try this out again, but will soon. Hopefully, the future photos will all come out perfect this time. 🙈 Edit #2: Finally went to print photos. Thought I had only 4 photos instead of 6, so I printed extras. :( Turned out the photos were just stuck. Customer service is so good. Texted them, and they replied within a few minutes! Super impressed. 👍🏻

I had issues with the Jcube machine. The payment QR code wasn't working with all the different payment apps I had. I decided to text them via the WhatsApp contact available. Replies were prompt; they did a remote reset, and I tried again, but to no avail. But the team still helped me get my photos printed. I was given their UEN to make payment via PayNow, and they provided a code to enter to confirm the amount paid. My payment issue was resolved right away, even though I had to wait a bit. The service rendered remotely was efficient. Thank you to whoever was replying to my texts. 🙏🙏🙏

Honestly, really convenient as I printed 14 pictures via my mobile phone and then keyed in the code at 3 AM at the Westgate kiosk. Some of the captions were cut off. Despite that, I think this was good. Should find a way to implement 4R pictures.
