The salesperson doesn't know how to introduce shampoo at all. It's a trap.

The sales shop is more helpful for me, and it showed many options for the product I was looking for. The price is more affordable.

Nope nope nope. Scared to even walk into the shop anymore, and the salesperson can't even answer questions properly. First rule in customer service: don't raise your voice to customers!
