I visited the Adidas Originals Bugis+ outlet for the second time on Saturday, February 17, 2024, around 2:00 PM (my first visit was on Saturday, February 10, 2024, around 3:00 PM), to collect my sneakers, which I had ordered online. During my first visit, a lady (not wearing a hijab) recommended I check the item before leaving the store. Initially, I hesitated, worried that I might take up her time. However, she assured me it was no trouble at all and was more than happy to assist me. Her friendly and helpful demeanor made the experience even better. On my second visit, the male staff members were courteous and greeted me as I stepped into the store, making me feel welcome. One of the male staff members who assisted me in collecting my item also took the time to help me try on a pair of shoes that had caught my eye from the store display. Overall, the staff provided excellent service!

The staff are very informative, and their product knowledge is outstanding. I had the wrong size, but when asked for assistance, they never said no but helped me in that instance, even when I saw the crowd was huge.

Here's the edited review: I’d like to commend a staff member, Luqmann Ali! I entered the store and was browsing. He then approached me with a very big smile and told me about the sale sections and possible discounts he could offer. I had questions about a pair of pants, and he assisted me with great enthusiasm. He brought his personality to his job as he noticed my boxing gloves and brought up a common topic. I had a great time there as we discussed boxing and favourite fighters! Very good customer service. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone this enthusiastic before! Adidas SG, I hope this staff member is more recognized and appreciated! Thank you!

Not really that much of a collection, mostly stock models. Overall, great sales service.
