Technician/Senior Technician

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs shift duties as required by operations.
• Follow up with Engineering P&P and to carry out all the assigned task by superior.
• Assists in the repair, trouble-shoot & perform preventive maintenance to the Building & M&E system to its ultimate operational level.
• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Hotel’s ventilation, refrigeration, sanitary system, air conditioning system and all other equipments.
• Daily check all building and its M&E system, equipment for faults. Report and follow up on the repair works.
• Complete the assigned duty task/work before off-duty.
• Daily check and record the utility.
• Monitors the service and maintenance of all equipment and controls.
• Monitors the up keeping, repairs and repainting of the interior furnishing of the Hotel premises include painting, vanishing, wall paper & carpentry works.
• To develop and maintain a good working relationship among staff.
• To hand-over all information and task to the next shift colleague.

Job Requirements

• Min. ITE Certification in Electrical/Building Services/Aircon with 1 year relevant work experience
• Able to multi-task and detail oriented
• Able to perform shift duties
