Main Responsibilities
· To provide general administration duties and support for the Sales Department.
· Ensures the smooth flow of inter-departmental information so that support services can be provided to Sales Department.
· Ensures that the filing of contracts, processing of reservations and new business leads are accurate and efficient.
· To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating site inspections with potential clients.
· Attend site inspection and entertainment when required.
· Responsible for month-end report submission and any other ad-hoc reports.
· All other matters related to Sales Department when required.
Requirements
· Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma holder.
· Possess initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
· Confident, energetic and enthusiastic
· Ability to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
· Good customer service skills and relationship management skills
· MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
