Job Description and Responsibility
- Reports directly to Area Manager/Operations Director
- Plan and revise weekly and monthly schedule for all staff in the shop according to shop needs and sales forecast
- Forecast shop sales on weekly basis
- Audit own shop on a periodic basis (eg. Restaurant review) and create corresponding reports to be shared with team members
- Attending to customer complaints both written and in-house
- Manage assets of the shop (ensure timely ordering of items and checking of inventory to prevent “out of stock” items)
- Planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports
- Alongside HQ, formulate marketing strategies to help boost shop’s sales performance
- Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs
- Coaching, developing and disciplining staff
- Monitor staffs’ attendance records daily
- Checking of staffs’ payroll concerns
- Conduct inquiries if internal disputes in shop occur; and complete disciplinary write-ups
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial level
· Good leadership with solid analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
· Independent, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Able to work in F&B operation hours
· Value-added if have experience in both Service and Kitchen
