Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the KTV/Live show facility, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
• Manage customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of rooms, equipment, and facilities.
• Manage inventory of equipment, food, beverages, and other items, coordinating restocking as needed.
• Review customer feedback and performance data to enhance service quality and business performance.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure they perform effectively.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or service industry.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Problem-solving abilities for handling complaints and operational issues.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.
