DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

To sweep and wash, including but not limited to, kitchen floor, including dishwashing area, and clear all debris from beneath all counters daily.
To thoroughly scrub, including but not limited to, clean the kitchen floor fortnightly.
To clean daily, including but not limited to, all stainless steel equipment i.e. tables, sinks, exterior of fridges, walk-in chiller & freezer (exterior), ice machine & etc. Shelves are to be cleaned weekly.
To clear, including but not limited to, all rubbish bins in the kitchen and ensure interior of all bins are dry and free of garbage residual before placing new plastic garbage bag into the sanitized bins.
To clean, including but not limited to, the exterior of the exhaust hood on daily basis.
To degrease and wash, including but not limited to, all dim sum section equipment daily.
To degrease and wash, including but not limited to, all main cooking ranges equipment daily.
To degrease and wash, including but not limited to, all BBQ section equipment daily.
To disinfect all work surfaces after cleaning daily.
To clean safety floor matting daily.
To clean and wipe, including but not limited to, all wall tiles on monthly basis.To sweep and mop, including but not limited to, clean staff lift landing area daily.
To collect all recyclable material i.e. carton boxes, glass bottles, plastics, tin cans and food waste, and place at respective recycle bins.
